Data Deletion Request

Better Earth Solutions respects your right to control your personal data. If you have connected your Facebook account to our customer portal and would like to request deletion of your data, follow the steps below.

What data we store

When you sign in using Facebook Login, we receive and may store:

• Your name and email address (from your Facebook profile)
• Your customer portal account (appointments, service history, and preferences)

We do not store your Facebook password or payment information through Facebook. Payment data is handled separately by Stripe.

How to request data deletion

To request deletion of all personal data associated with your account, contact us using any of the methods below. Please include your name and the email address associated with your account.

What happens after you request deletion

• We will process your request within 30 days
• Your customer portal account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted
• Service records may be retained in anonymized form as required by law
• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Removing app access from Facebook

You can also revoke our app's access to your Facebook account at any time directly through Facebook:

1. Go to your Facebook account settings
2. Select Security and Login or Apps and Websites
3. Find Better Earth Solutions and click Remove

Removing app access from Facebook does not automatically delete the data we have already collected. To delete your data from our systems, please contact us using the methods above.
